The Receiption Staff is representing the bad site of all hotel benefits !!!!we have suffering a lot since our arrival and checking out !!! . firstlly they claimed that NO booking confirmation arrived and No rooms avaliable !!! then they mad a silly mistake by register the room as BB while already paid as HB , and due that we had a bad urgement with buffie staff and funny while checking out !!!!. We had to insisit to receive a stamped paid invoice. The staff team has not enough experiences and need more persons to work as they have to work from 7am to 12pm . so many mistakes happened .

I liked The Friendly Staff and also the great value that i take for my money, also the hotel provided me with a very romantic feelings due to its simplicity and harmony.

Great place to stay to check out the local attractions! the staff here are super helpful and friendly, from the doormen all the way up to the boss. the restaurant here is awesome and serves up delicious meals 🍽️.

The booking system is not running yet , took ling time to check in and there was a chance of losing the last room as the reservation was not confirmed.

The location was best possible and exceptionally nice, within a close distance from Extra Divers Dive Centre. The airport was 5 km away. The units were brand-new and the staff were delightfully helpful and professional people from the porters all the way to the manager.

I had a very enjoyable stay. The twin room with balcony had a magnificent view, and I truly enjoyed it. The breakfast was fine. The check-in was early. The hotel is a short walk to a fabulous reef, comfortable rooms, incredible sea views, and the Nature Reserve "Ras Nasrani," which is considered one of the best beaches for diving and snorkeling.

The hotel was in a stunning location close to local shops, and Sharm El Sheikh in Sunrise Remal beach resort. It also was to very good restaurants all over the world. The casual restaurant served variety of delicious food.

The room I booked was spacious and perfect with magnificent view and balcony, as for instance. The location was lovely and beautiful and the free parking was onsite.
